Mauritius L'îlot Bernache

L'îlot Bernache is a small island at the north-east coast of Mauritius. This beautiful piece of land is possible to reach with a boat tour. The reef colors are incredible and it's a good spot for snorkeling.

Top down angles at early or later times of day with light allow you to minimize the reflection of the water, which becomes difficult at oblique angles depending on the direction of the sun. A Polaroid filter can help here.

During our trip I just checked the possible nearest point to the lagoons on google and mark you the parking slot. From there you have an open view over the ocean.
