Mexico Nevado de Toluca

Nevado de Toluca, at times referred to as "Xinantécatl" (The Naked Lord) is a stratovolcano in central Mexico, located about 80 km west of Mexico City between the valleys of Toluca and Tenango (Matlatzinco Valley). It is generally cited as the fourth highest of Mexico's peaks.

Travel Information

Either drive to the parking lot or travel through a travel agency. Once you're in the parking lot, you will most likely have to pay one of the many people driving their trucks up to the last camp given that there is limited vehicle access to the top.
