The Crno Jezero (Black Lake) is at the start of a 10 hour hike to the highest peak of Montenegro, Bobotov Kuk. (There are shorter walks to this peak.) It is a peaceful lake and there's a restaurant where you can enjoy a drink and enjoy the view.

The sun sets behind the mountain on the photo. At surise the sun lights this mountain. Bring a polarising filter to balance the lake reflections in your photo.

Travel Information

You can drive or walk from the town Zabljak to the lake. There's a 3 euro entree fee to the park for one day, or 6 euro for three days.
