Myanmar Am Golf von Bengalen

Chaungtha is a village and seaside resort in the Ayeyarwady region of the Bay of Bengal in Myanmar. Chaungtha Beach, as it is commonly known, is about 5 hours drive from Yangon.
The beach is popular with the Burmese middle class. So far, the locals make up the vast majority of the tourists here. Many come here from Yangon for a few days to relax. Travellers from other countries are only seen very sporadically.
