Travel Information

In order to get to Thame and this specific view point, you will need to hike for quite a bit. The Three Passes Trek is a long distance hike around the infamous EBC-Trek and leads you to remote places all around the Everest region.

Lukla is the major starting point of the trail which is reachable by aircraft or helicopter. If the weather is really bad and there cancellations, you can also take a jeep to Lukla which takers around 1,5 days.

The distance from Lukla to this place is around 26,5km on an elevation gain of 2300m. Take it slow up high and get well acclimatized over the days to avoid AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness).
