New Zealand Peter's Lookout
Here is one of the classic postcard shots of New Zealand with the long winding road along Lake Pukaki leading towards Mount Cook. One catches the first glimpses of that magnificent mountain in the distance.
Photography Tips
To get this shot one should use a telephoto lens to pull the mountain in as close as possible. I used a 70-200 mm.
To get this shot one needs to stand in the middle of the road so it is best to have a friend watching your back for approaching cars. TAKE CARE!
