The beach is seperated in two parts by the cave. You have to go through the cave, to reach the other part of the beach. A very nice place to be on coromandel peninsula.

Photography Tips

Sometimes you have to be a little patient to get a good shot, because the cave is not so big and there are sometimes many people. If it's overcrowded, just sit down in the sand, wait, enjoy the scene and try it later.

Travel Information

There is a paking lot near the village Hahei, then you have to walk to the beach/cave for about half an hour, but the path is not difficult to walk. And the views are very nice.
