Low tide is essential as the tides are very large and can trap you if you are at the spot with the tide coming in. You need to be there both sides of low tide. Great sand / water reflections

Travel Information

The parking is quite a distance from the rock formations and on teh day we walked it it was very muddy and slippery so bare feet was the best way to get there and back
