This is looking south across the Tongaporutu River toward the headland that also gives a great view of the Three sisters rock formation inside one of the small cave like structures that have been carved out by the waves

Travel Information

Only accessible at low tide a bit of a muddy trek during our visit at low tide not sure if this is usual, it was only for about 100 metres along the river and then sand for the rest and around the Three sisters
