The waterfall is about 10 metres and has varying amount of water depending on how much rain has fallen. There is one small creek to cross that could be a problem after heavy Rain otherwise the 30 min walk to the falls are quite easy

The track starts behind the Outdoor Education Centre hut - walk along the left fence line until you see the wooden marker post. You can also access the shorter Rongomai track just a few metres away
