New Zealand Milford Track, Passed McKinnon Pass
The Milford Track is one of the most iconic tracks in whole New Zealand. The sheer diversity along its route is so stunning, you will forget about time and the rest of the world.
Photography Tips
When being alone, use a tripod and set it up on a timer mode with several photos to be followed. I normally choose a 20second delay + 5 seconds between every photo I take. Alternatively you can choose an interval timer with photos being taken to a timing to your likelihood.
Travel Information
When being up here, take care if your tripod is safe. The cheeky mountain parrot Kea is sometimes around and they will pick on your tripod, causing it to fall or picking the lens of your camera which potentially causes damage.
