Norway Sakrisøy Roruber
Beautiful view of Sakrisøy Rorbuer from a spot off of E10. The brightly colored seaside wooden huts of the Lofoten Islands are steeped in tradition, once housing scores of hardened fishermen who made the winter pilgrimage to the world’s most fertile cod fishing grounds.
Photography Tips
Wait till sunset (autumn), the sun gives a beautiful reflection between the mountains over the crystal clear sea water. Capture the picturesque yellow Rorbuer with a foreground.
Travel Information
If you are driving west on E10, make a left just before the bridge and there are a few spots to park your car. There are a lot of spots to photograph the fishing huts now converted into a hotel (Sakrisøy Rorbuer).
