Norway Flydalsjuvet, Geiranger
This is one of the most spectacular views in Norway, but it is not easy to find. It looks out over the head of Geirangerfjord where cruise ships often visit as part of their itinerary.
Photography Tips
You must walk 30-40 metres from the recognised vantage point to the edge of a precipitous drop, then walk away from the head of the fjord to include the ledge in the foreground. Always good to have a person n the frame for scale.
Travel Information
I walked from the camping ground down at sea level, it took about 25 minutes. Otherwise simply park your car in the lookout car park and a short walk will get you to the cliff edge.
