Norway The jew´s harp, Valle
The jew´s harp in Valle stands between Riksveg 9 and the school area just south of the center of Valle. It is the world's largest jew´s harp, with a place in the Guinness Book of Records. The harp is 50 times larger than a normal jew´s harp. The weight is 350 kg, the length 3.40 m and the width 1.35 m. It is made of 5 mm thick plates of stainless steel. The master behind the monument is Bjørgulv Bjørgum. One of Bjørgulv Straume's harps was a model.
The jew´s harp was Valle municipality's millennium monument in 2000.
