The even higher peak than its towering neighbor Grytetippen is also one of the locals favorite mountain to climb. The views over the whole landscape is simply amazing. It's just a small stretch from the neighboring Grytetippen. Just turn to the right on the settle instead of left or do both summits.

Photography Tips

Check the actual local drone regulations before flying. Make sure to set ND filters on your drone since the sun during midnight sun can be quiet harsh in summer.

Travel Information

There is a small parking close to the trail head. The trail itself is strenuous due to the continuous steep way up. At the settle the hiking trail splits to either hike Grytetippen or Keipen summit. Both are worth it. If you cover both summits, it's going to be around 1.050m in height.
