At the southern stretch of the Lofoten islands lies the not so well known Tindstinden summit. In clear days you will have a stunning view to the mountains close to Reine and the nearby south western island of Vaeroy.

Photography Tips

A person in frame lets you scale the massive landscape. Make sure to go all around the summit and also stop several times before summiting in order to play around with especially with your ultra wide angle lens.

Travel Information

Free parking is offered at the bottom of the trail head (as per summer 2022). The trail takes you up around 490m on a 2km distance.
