This is part of a historical road in the South of Norway called Kongeveien. It is also near Borgund Stavkirke which really close by. Wonderful construction in the landscape in a tight valley.

My photo was taken with a drone. There are some great options here, though be careful if climbing on the rocks.

Travel Information

Parking nearby at the church, then a 15minute hike to the site. It is part of a beautiful hike with further opportunities on a loop back around to the church.
