Peru Churup Lake
This mountain lake usually offers a picturesque view of one of the great walls of the national park. But even if it is foggy like here and you can see only conditionally, the scenery also offers you a certain mystical atmosphere. The hike is challenging, but versatile and beautiful!
Photography Tips
Drone provides an elevated perspective with more scenery. Wind and surrounding rocks must always be watched out for. Scale with one person creates additional depth. Drone is only possible with a permit, which can be purchased through companys or park rangers on site. Only possible with verifiable drone license that you need to have with you!
Travel Information
Caution is advised in the passages where climbing is required. Suitable equipment should be worn! Parking is very easy to reach by car or taxi. If so, arrange a pickup for the way back. Hike is one way 6km, and 650m altitude up to 4550m in total.
