Philippines Paseo Palisoc Circle
This spot is actually a breakwater located at the harbor of Manila. This place is usually a spot for cyclers and joggers after their long physical activities. At the end of Paseo Palisoc, there's a circle wherein you can observe the skyline of Manila on the right and Pasay on its left.
Photography Tips
It's best to go here during sunset. It is hard to use a tripod here. Security guards are not allowing you to capture a photo if you're capturing it on a tripod. Nevertheless, you can go to their office to secure a permit. Just tell them that it's not for commercial use. But in my case, if there's no guard, I'm taking a shot and set up the tripod.
Travel Information
This place is within CCP Complex located beside Gloria Maris Restaurant near Sofitel Hotel. If you have a car, there is parking here. If you're walking from the Cultural Center of the Philippines, it would take a 10-15 min walk from Roxas boulevard to reach this location.
