Moalboal is world famous for its Sardine run out in the shorelines of Chili Bar. The ocean dramatically drops deep and at that spot millions of sardines gather.

Photography Tips

You need to set the GoPro (or equivalent) to a fast shutter speed since the sardines are moving super fast.

Travel Information

You don't necessarily need a guide. The sardines are easily findable and it's only a quick swim. Snorkel and fins cost normally 100 Pesos for rent. Furthermore you need to pay a conservation fee of 100 pesos.
