Portugal Praia da Oura, Algarve (western part)
Only during low tide this area is reachable and exposes lots of black rocks from the ocean! From October to March the sun rises above the water and you can get some pretty awesome compositions!
Photography Tips
Make sure that sunrise and low tide come together. Watch out for rising tide, because you can easily get trapped between the large stones! Bring graduated filters and polarizer.
Travel Information
Parking should be available next to the many holtes at the beach. Walk to the right (western) end of the beach.
In March, I was there completely alone, but I am not sure how crowded the place is in a season sunrise.
