Portugal Cabo Da Roca
Cabo da Roca is the westernmost point of mainland Europe. It is located on the Atlantic coast of Portugal to the west of Lisbon at an altitude of 140 meters above sea level. Cabo da Roca belongs to the municipality (freguesia) of Colares in the county (concelho or município) of Sintra. Standing at the westernmost point of continental Europe, the land meets the endless Atlantic. The wind is wild, the cliffs are dramatic, and the view is breathtaking.
Photography Tips
Go a little further along the cliff (where it’s allowed), but watch your step and stay safe while setting up your shot. :ocean::camera_with_flash:
I recommend shooting early in the morning to avoid crowds and get the best soft lighting. A wide-angle lens will help capture the dramatic cliffs and vast ocean views! :sunrise::sparkles:
