Check a tide calendar to see if low tide comes together with sunrise. Bring your filter set and a tripod. Hope for some clouds!
The whole beach is good and offers dozens of locations. When you go into the cliffs, watch out for incoming tide. You can get trapped here and there.

Travel Information
Parking should be available somewhere at the many hotels. When you enter Praia da Oura, either go left for many small stones, or right for large stone formations.
