Romania Monastery Neajlov Delta
Actually an ordinary monastery building, but during sunshine with fog it transforms into a jewel.
Photography Tips
You need sunrise, so watch the sunrise hour and be there at leasdt 15 minutes before. You need fog, so watch the weather forecast. Since the distance from the station point to the monastery is ca. 1,4km, you will need a long telephoto lens to get a big sun disk in the image near the monastery. I used EF 100-400L2 + 1,4x TC on EOS 5D4.
This image was taken in mid-autumn. On other dates you may need to slightly change the station point to get the sun rising right near the monastery.
Tripod is nice to have, not a must have, as long as you have image stabilisation available on your system. T can be 1/200s still leaving ISO = 160 at f/11.
The spot is not crowded, actually you will be alone there.

Travel Information
Just follow Google Maps direcgtions to ghiven target coordinates and you will get there by car. No public transportation available. Be careful: in nearby Călugăreni police is watching for speeding almost every weekend. The spot is on a country road, just 10-20m away from DJ411. Drive slowly nearby the target coordinates since the entrance to the country road might be hidden by vegetation.
