Russian Federation Saint Basil's Cathedral, Moscow
Here is absolutely my favourite photograph of 2021! I remember it was such a fantastic and warm day (actually a bit too warm as it was in most of the Europe this summer). This location is so iconic!
Photography Tips
The best idea is to use a wide angle lens, something like the Sony 16-35mm f/4 which was my choice this evening. Then I took some vertical shots and stiched them together in Lightroom.
I think the most important element in composition is a foreground. So I saw this couple and took a photo of them going by the cathedral - they add some sence of scale and also some human interest to the shot.

Travel Information
This is the very tourist center of Moscow so there are many ways to get here. The one that I recommend is to travel to the metro station called Kuznetsky Most and then to have a 10 minutes walk.
There are many metro stations that are closer, but I recommended this one because you will get to experience the atmosphere of Moscow as there are great restaurants and Bolshoy Theatre nearby.
