Seychelles Anse Source d'Argent
A true paradise for photographers! The various beach bays with the impressive granite rocks offer countless opportunities to photograph here. This place might be the best known beach in the world. Just by advertising and movies some views might seem familiar to you.
Photography Tips
In the evening I had planned long exposure shots for sunset, but unfortunately I didn't have a great sky. Still, you can get great shots with different exposure times and focal lengths from a single location. Here I worked with my wide angle (16-35 mm) and my tele (70-200 mm).
Travel Information
One pays an entrance fee of 115 SCR/7 EUR (current: August 2021) for the L'Union Estate Park. From the gate you can continue by bike to the beach access. By the way, it is also worth to look at the rest of the park. You could also walk next to the helipad in the sea at low tide, but for the way back you would have to go through the park in any case. Stay fair and pay the low entrance fee to support this place and all who work in it!
One important hint:
Your bike might have been collected by the renter.... Or someone else has taken it. Maybe it helps to inform them about your plans in advance, but I can't promise that.
