Singapore Skyline from Singapore Flyer
Skyline of Singapore CBD from one of the highest point in Singapore.
Photography Tips
Best shot at dusk / sunset when the city lights up, which I've boarded the flyer an hour too early. Time your entry better than me. Enter the flyer about 15 minutes before the golden hour.
You will share your capsule with others but tripod is allowed on board. The view of the CBD skyline with the best views will be available at 2 to 4 o'clock position of the flyer, so get your tripod ready early before someone else block your view.
As the flyer is slowly moving, you will need a faster shutter speed. I can get a sharp enough image at ISO100, F8 at the lowest of 1/20s on a tripod. You will need to crank this up at dusk.
Watch for window glares as I got a lot of dirt on my images and had to clean it up in post. Use of CPL will help.
