Slovenia Slap Kozjak (Kozjak Waterfall)
The Kozjak Falls near Kobarid is the largest of six waterfalls over which the Kozjak, a left tributary of the Soča, flows into the valley.
Photography Tips
Bring a wideangle lens <16mm if you can, to capture the whole cave.
Travel Information
The waterfall is easily reachable via the built path and observation plattform. But if you want to get close to the waterfall bring some wellington boots to make your way through the small river depending on the amount of water. Parking is a little tricky and limited 1-2 cars. Best way is to spend a night at the campsite Kamp Lazar for 15€ a person and get up early to hike to the waterfall. Hiking time is about 15 minutes with some beautiful water landscapes along the path.
