Spain Basilica de San Juan de Dios

Hidden among the other architectural jewels of Granada lies the amazing Basilica of San Juan de Dios. This church is not so popular among the tourists and is much less visited than the famous Alhambra. When I accidentally found it it left me speechless. The whole interior is painted in gold and red. If you make small donation (1 EUR I think it was) they turn on the lights and a true masterpiece unveils! I have NEVER seen such a rich ornamentally decorated cathedral or church before!
