The Guggenheim is a great building to photograph from multiple angles.
Ideally get there for sunrise and bring a tripod. The Pedro Arrupe Bridge has a wooden floor, so it can vibrate when people walk or run too close to you, which speaks even more for being there very early when there are just a few people.

Yes, true Antoni. However if you go there for sunrise you will not see anybody as Spanish people do not get up this early... ;-)

This is such a beautiful architecture... and your b/w-photo Oliver is just stunning. I've seen a similar building in Los Angeles, called The Disney Concert Hall. But this one is the "Original" as far as I know?

Hi Manuel! Thanks for the feedback - highly appreciated! I haven't seen the LA Walt Disney theatre yet but for both - the Bilbao Guggenheim as well as LA disney concert hall - Frank Gehry was the responsible architect, hence the similar style. Bilbao Guggenheim was opened in 1997, LA Walt Disney Concert Hall in 2003 ;-)

Yeah, then I was right with my assumption that this one is even older. Both are beautiful and I am so glad that both spots are now available here on Locationscout since I've only been to the Concert Hall in LA. Thanks! :)
