The Alcazar of the Christian Kings, a fortress and palace with solid walls, contains in its interior a large part of the architectural evolution of Cordoba. Roman and Visigoth remain coexist with those of Arab origin in this majestic site, as it was the favourite place of the various rulers of the city.

You have many photographic possibilities inside this palace. It all depends on the type of photography you want to do. I have taken a 16-35mm, allowing me to take different planes and shots. Keep in mind that certain rooms cannot be photographed using a tripod.

BY ROAD
Due to its exceptional geographical location, Cordoba is very well communicated not only with Andalusia but also with the rest of Spain, through the radial axis that is the A-4. Main accesses:
From Madrid: The city is reached via the A-4 Southern Highway. Approximate travel time: 3 hours 30 minutes.
From Seville: Also through the Autovía del Sur A-4. Approximate travel time: 1 hour
From Malaga: Cordoba-Malaga Highway A-45. Approximate travel time: 1 hour and 30 minutes.
From Valencia: Motorway A-3 and connection with A-4 through A-43. Approximate travel time: 5 hours
From Murcia and Levante: Highway A-7 and connection with A-45 through A-92N and A-92.
From Portugal and Extremadura: The province is accessed from the north through the National 432.
From the Portuguese Algarve and Huelva: Taking the V Centenary Highway A-49 until reaching Seville and connecting with the South Highway A-4.
From Gibraltar and Cadiz: Via the A-4 Southern Highway towards Madrid.

Something similar happens with the railroad since Cordoba is the point of bifurcation of the line that unites Madrid with Malaga, Seville, Cadiz, Granada and Huelva.
In addition, the communication between Cordoba and Seville, Malaga, Granada, Madrid, Valencia, Alicante and Barcelona is particularly convenient.
