Port de Sóller is a small, typically Mediterranean port town in the northwest of the island of Mallorca, which is connected to the main town of Sóller by a historic tram dating back to 1913.

Photography Tips

To fit the whole bay into frame you will need to use a wide-angle lens or take a panorama. Even if it is a tourist location, please take care not to disturb local residents.

Travel Information

Parking facilities are generally very limited on Mallorca and therefore often quite expensive. A great alternative is to take the historic tram from Sóller. Although the ticket prices are not cheap, the ride on the partly still original carriages from 1913 is worthwhile for railway enthusiasts.
