Spain Cala Mago - Cliff

Sol de Mallorca is a small town near Palma de Mallorca (ca. 20 minutes by car). One of the three little bays is called Cala Mago. The Water ist cristall clear and the cliffs are rough. A wonderfull place to relax, take pictures or take a meal.

Don´t forget your tripod, ND filter and maybe a polarizer to get nice long exposures with smooth water.

Use the free parking lots which I marked on the map, or a bit earlier on the right. It might be awfully full during the summer. The best chance for a parking place and pictures without people is to come there in the morning.

Follow the street down to the restaurant (the Paella, is very good!) and go on the other side of the bay. There are some stairs and then follow little path along the cliff. There are always possibilities to come down to the water. But be careful. Don´t take a risk!
