I imagined that visiting the metro stations in the middle of the day (as I did) would be very difficult to get photos without dealing with throngs of people. I was wrong. I was there on June 7th. At every station, the trains disgorged passengers who quickly exited the stations as new passengers hustled onto the trains. It was mayhem for about three minutes, then virtually empty. I was surprised at how easy it was to compose a shot sans humans.
