The location is wrong, this is not at all near the city hall !! This is on Strömgatan, near the bridge Riksbron.

No Patrick, you are wrong. I have uploaded 3 photos here, and they were all taken from the shoreline by the city hall, looking towards Riddarholmen. You can see this on the map above. If somebody later adds a photo to this spot, which was taken somewhere else....well, I can't do anything about that.
