Abisko National Park is a special place in Sweden. The breathtaking landscapes, with their dramatic mountains and deep valleys, never cease to amaze. The weather is often good due to the location, and Abisko is one of the best places in the world to see the Northern Lights in winter.

Photography Tips

I traveled to this area at the beginning of September, in this time, it is not full of other tourists anymore, and you can enjoy nature more for yourself. Bring warm clothes with you. The mountain in the picture is on the other side of the Lake; you need a telelense. I took the picture in the afternoon/evening.

Travel Information

The parking bay is directly on the street. Please be sure to watch out for passing cars when you get out of the vehicle.
