Switzerland Gräppelensee
Gräppelensee is a quite hidden lake in the east Swiss Alps that offers a beautiful view into the mountains, making this a great place for photography or simply to enjoy.
Photography Tips
To see the lake in its full splendor, you should visit it from July to November.
Travel Information
There is no parking space in the vicinity. The next is «Laui» with a small kiosk and toilet, you have to pay 5.- Fr. for 24h. It is also possible to stay overnight there (20.- Fr. I believe?).
You have to walk a steep path for at least half an hour.
There are two fireplaces with wood you're allowed to use. You can even bathe in the lake, although it's a bit cold.
