A beautiful place to photograph the Maloja pass road. These serpentines are just perfect for nice light trails!

Photography Tips

A tripod is the most important thing to take a light trail shot. Because you have to do a long exposure. If it is still bright, you can stop the time for the cars. Now you know the exposure time. So you can preset your camera and when it gets dark just pull the trigger. Maybe you need a neutral density filter (max. 0.9).

Yes, you can. You must follow the road in the direction of the parking lot (south of the pass road). On the right side after about half of the distance you will see a small trail to the spot.
