Switzerland Soglio

«La soglia del paradiso» (The gate to paradise). This is how the painter Giovanni Segantini named this mountain village, in which he spent several winters. It resides over the valley like an eagles nest. A village where time has stood still. It is not only labelled as the classical muster village in Graubünden, but also as the most beautiful village in Switzerland, with an unmatched view onto the Sciora formation, which rises up on the other side of the valley.
