Switzerland Spissegg

Great views along the old Walentrail (Walenpfad). The trail takes you from Brunnihut to Banalp (total walking ar. 3-3.5 hrs, another 2 hours to Oberrickenbach if Banalp cable car doesn‘t run). In late autumn the lower part is closed to make sure the animals have their peace, so you have to turn off and walk on the old trail closer to the mountain range. Nice view of Titlis and the Central Swiss Alps from Spissegg.

Cable car from Engelberg to Ristet or Brunnihütte, from there it is around an hour to this spot. Some parts of Walenpfad are exposed. Only do this if you have alpine experience and proper gear.
