Choose light-coloured clothes for the scale. Wide-angle lens. Especially beautiful at sunset.

Travel Information

There are two ways to get to the spot. Either you take the cable car "Hoher Kasten Talstation" to the Hoher Kasten. Easy hike, approx. 7km and 440 metres in altitude to the spot. Alternatively, start at Pfannenstiel, steep ascent at the beginning, 6.8km easy distance and 710 metres in altitude.

At the spot itself, please be careful of moisture and rain! Danger of slipping. Only for experienced hikers.
