Isenthal is a quaint village surrounded by mountains. Before 1951 it was impossible to reach the place by car and that‘s exactly what it feels like when you get there.

Walk from Isleten (1 hr) or take the bus from Altdorf or Isleten. The road leading up to Isenthal is quite spectacular as well. The spot is along the hiking path between Isleten and Isenthal.
