Switzerland Gelmersee

The circular hike around the Gelmer lake has at least many exciting experiences. First the access to the Gelmer cable car over the suspension bridge (careful that can swing), then the ride on the Gelmer cable car (106% incline), sitting backwards with a breathtaking view down into the valley (heartbeat increased) - children have fun, adults rather sweat beads on their foreheads. On the circular hike around the lake, the very narrow passage carved into the rock (secured with a rope, but still only for people who are free from giddiness and sure-footed) is an experience in a class of its own. But the whole experience with the return trip on the Gelmer cable car and the traverse on the suspension bridge is simply a MUST in Switzerland.
