Just wait and look towards the direction of movement of the gondola while it approaches the station. The gondola is always moving unless it stops somewhere in the middle for a catch-up job. So, the shutter speeds gotta be as fast as possible. There is no possibility for a Tripod or a Monopod. Hence, activate Stabilisation in your camera for better results.

The spot is easily accessible on the gondola that runs between Zermatt and Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. The ride costs about 100 CHF in 2024. If you are a sporty person, you can hike around here otherwise.
