Hagia Sophia was at first a Catholic Church built under Justinian I, and was a Eastern Catholic cathedral, then it was a Greek Orthodox Christian patriarchal cathedral, later an Ottoman imperial mosque and now a museum in Istanbul, Turkey.

The shot has been taken from a roof terace of a hotel close by.
