HI Manuel, when you go to the rooftops they allows you take photos with Tripod or not. when they not allowed you can get the Mail from the Management. Then you can write a mail and ask you for permission. That was on the Rooftop of the Foirpoints Sheraton on the sheikh Zayed road...
