It's hard to find a real existing spot, where there's a near desert in front of the Dubai Skyline. Quite a few famous are faked, but this one is real and a decent one. Do not trust Google Maps, as most of these maps on the arabic peninsula are completely outdated.

Photography Tips

Use a light tele-lens, like 100mm.
I would say this is the best spot, we found after driving a whole day and surrounded Dubai by 20Km in diameter.

Travel Information

The spot is at a gas station and a mosque, so very easy to access. Parking is no problem.
