This is the view from City Premiere Hotel (Rooftop) on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, in this shot, you can see the view on a foggy morning but it is also very nice without the fog. For access to this spot, your best bet is to book a room and ask for a balcony room facing the Executive Towers which you can see in this spot.
