United Kingdom Blaxton Woods
Bluebells as far as the eye can see and the smell is amazing! Beautiful wood to photograph and normally not very busy as it isn't very well known.
Photography Tips
Evening is a good time to catch the sun before it sets and it will cast a lovely glow on the bluebells.
Travel Information
Drive to the top of Tamerton Foliot village and then take the turning for Allern Lane. The roads from now on are single track, so be prepared to reverse if you meet anyone! Drive past Blaxton Lane and down Peter Hopper's Hill and then park on the side of the road at the left had turn where there is also a gate. Walk down to the bottom of the hill, go over the style which is on the right and walk along the footpath by the side of the river and follow the bluebells!
