This is the iconic area of Castlefield in Manchester, a series of canals and quays that centuries ago where surrounded by mills and warehouses supporting the industrial revolution happening in the city.

Nowadays is an area full of bars and terraces buzzling with people during the evening (specially if there is good weather).

Bracket your exposures in this spot since the exposure can be very tricky. There is a lot of things going on in any composition around this spot, going for something simple wouldn't make justice to this spot but it's easy to fall into "including too much".

ps: the water is usually full of things floating in it, be ready with your clone stamp tool to remove them later.
